GENERAL:

1. Every order involves the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

ORDERS

• All commitments do not become final until they have been confirmed by us in writing or tacitly by sending the command.
• An order can result in cancellation without prior agreement from us.
• A command under execution shall in no event be canceled.
• Finally, whatever the reason for the termination of the contract any damages that may be claimed.

CUSTOM CREATION 
For any personalized creation, will be considered the following formats: .ai /. eps /. pdf, at least 150 dpi (format vectorized for logos).

PRICE
Our prices are excluding taxes: 20% VAT to be added.

Our products come from various origins, our prices may be adjusted depending on currency fluctuations, without further notice from us. A deposit of 30% is required for any special manufacturing.

DELIVERY
Delivery times are indicative. The seller is authorized to deliver partially. Any overrun of delivery may result in cancellation of orders, withholding payment, the rejection of the delivery and claim damages and interests.

DELIVERY ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER
At the express instruction of the client, we can directly deliver a silk print provider, embroiderer, logistic company or the final customer. In this case, control of the correct execution of the order remains under the responsibility of the customer before any intervention on the goods.

RETURN GOODS
All returns will be subject to an agreement on our part. Product Returns can be made within a period of 15 days after delivery with presentation of the product in its original packaging accompanied by the Shipment Notice or invoice: return costs are to be paid by the customer. It must be accompanied by the relevant invoices for establishing credit. Goods delivered for more than one month can not be reversed.

RETURN GOODS MARKED
The return of goods which have undergone transformations (removal of label editing, marking ...) will be accepted under any circumstances. Even in case this becomes defective goods from us, a mistake, order preparation, delivery ... The control of the proper execution of the order remains under the responsibility of the customer before any intervention on the goods .

COMPLAINTS
All claims must be made within eight days from receipt of goods.

TRANSPORT
Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient. It is for the latter to verify the state of the packages received and make, if necessary, reserves of uses with the carrier.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs depends on the total amount of the order. For a French shipping destination, please refer to the French grid.

Regarding the overseas territories, and heavy export shipments (eg steel plates, safety triangles, etc .. for series), the shipping cost is priced as below :

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The transfer of ownership of the goods delivered to our customers is suspended until full payment (Law of 12 May 1980 No. 80-335).
A bill of exchange or any other instrument creating an obligation to pay does not constitute payment.
However although the buyer does not own the goods, he is responsible.

MAKES AND MODELS
We reserve the possibility to make modifications to our products without further notice.
Consequently, photographs and texts contained in our catalogs, websites and prices are not contractual.
Brands URBAN CLAN, VISIT CITY, MUSTAGHATA, Sportcom, BARENTS LEGEND SERIAL WORKER, terreo, U Know are trademarks WALOMO. .
All Walomo products are registered designs and should in no circumstances be the object or counterfeit copy under penalty of prosecution.

PAYMENT
For new customers, the first two orders are shipped after receipt of payment. We must submit our each customer credit insurer. If accepted, payment of our invoices is made in cash within a week with a 1% discount or 60 days net treats invoice date. For orders of customized products, a 30% deposit must be paid on the order and the balance by 60 days net treats (unless refusal during the making of the order: bank transfer before the departure of the goods).
In case of total or partial non-payment of an order at maturity, the amounts due under this order or other orders already delivered or being delivered will be immediately payable after notice.
Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the immediate payment of a lump sum equal to 15% of the amounts due, as a penalty clause.
Late penalties for non-payment of bills are due by right, without return rate three times the legal rate of interest in effect.
Finally, a lump sum of € 40 recovery is payable under the provisions of Decree No. 2012-1115 of 2/10/2012.

JURISDICTION
In case of dispute, the Court of Bobigny will have sole jurisdiction.
