POS display manufacturing in France

POS displays, signage and communication media, fabric or rigid, printed in dye sublimation, eco-solvent or UV and finished in our Saint-Maximin workshop. See the POS display range

Step 1

Large-format printing: sublimation, eco-solvent and UV

Three complementary techniques, chosen according to the medium and its use.

  • Sublimation Inks bonded into the fabric, photographic quality up to 1,440 dpi.
  • Eco-solvent Large format up to 3.20 m wide, 3 to 5 years outdoor durability.
  • UV Rigid and flexible media, instant curing, VOC-free inks.

Step 2

Calendering

For sublimation, the graphic printed on transfer paper goes through the calender at 180 to 210 °C. The inks bond deep into the fibres: no relief, no peeling.

Step 4

Sewing, assembly and finishing

Sewing is part of POS displays too.

For products such as LIGHTFRAME, AEROSTAND, CAPTAIR, COLORFRAME or STRETCH WALL, sewing is part of assembly and finishing. On graphics for fabric frames, a silicone edge strip is sewn along the border in our Saint-Maximin workshop for a perfectly taut graphic. Each display is then assembled, inspected and prepared for shipping.

Which textile manufacturing steps do you carry out in France?

Material preparation and cutting in our Saint-Maximin workshop (Oise), then sewing, assembly and finishing in our partner workshops in Île-de-France.

Is sewing used for POS displays?

Yes. For products such as LIGHTFRAME, AEROSTAND, CAPTAIR, COLORFRAME or STRETCH WALL, sewing is part of assembly and finishing. It is done in our Saint-Maximin workshop, in particular to sew the silicone edge strip onto graphics for fabric frames.

What kinds of media do you print?

Fabric media in dye sublimation, flexible media in eco-solvent, and rigid or flexible media in UV: roll-up banners, banners, inflatable columns, stands, reception counters.

Do you work with resellers and agencies?

Yes. Communication agencies, printers and resellers trust us to manufacture the products they offer their clients.
